AXIS Dental Laboratory is an iOS app for managing a dental lab's work — orders, patients,
appointments, and the team — used by lab staff/administrators and doctors.

Common questions

I didn't get my verification code. Check your email's spam/junk folder,
make sure the address is spelled correctly, then use "Resend code" on the verification
screen. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

How do I create a doctor account? On the sign-in screen tap "Register as
a doctor", enter your details, and confirm the code we email you.

I can't sign in / my account is inactive. Your lab administrator manages
accounts. Ask them to confirm your account is active, or contact us.

How do I change my name, clinic, or contact details? Open Settings in the
app and edit your profile.

How do I delete my account and data? A lab administrator can delete an
account from the Users screen, or email us to request deletion.
